Dispatch Anywhere gives you the option to require drivers to upload photos. This setting can be enabled for all accounts or configured for specific accounts as needed.
Require Photo Uploads for All Accounts
- Go to Dispatch Anywhere Settings
- Select D.A. for Drivers
- Enable Require Driver to Upload Photos
*Once enabled, drivers will not be able to complete a call without uploading the required photos.
Require Photo Uploads for Specific Accounts
- Go to Dispatch Anywhere Settings
- Select Accounts and choose the account you want to update.
- Go to the General Tab
- Enable Require Driver to Upload Photos.
*This will require drivers on the selected account to upload photos for every call.
