In this article we will show the different statement styles available in Dispatch Anywhere. The statement style can be changed under the invoice tab in each each account in Dispatch Anywhere Settings.
Basic Statement - Invoices are listed in order by invoice date.
Basic Statement by Ticket # - Invoices are listed in order by ticket #.
Basic Statement with Credit Balance - displays credit blalance.
Basic Statement with Main Address - uses the company address instead of division address.
Basic Statement with Service Payment Detail - This will display service line items for each invoice.
Basic Statement with Vehicle Info - Displays VIN/Year/Model of vehicle.
Basic Statement with Vehicle Info and PO# - Displays VIN/Year/Model/Vehicle#/PO.
