Step 1
Start by logging into your Dispatch Anywhere settings page (Dispatch Anywhere Settings)
⭐Note: You need to log in with your company administrator account.
Step 2 - Turn QuickBooks On For Your Account And Download Desktop Client
Select Company on the left toolbar and click the QuickBooks tab. The drop-down menu will have an option for QuickBooks Desktop. A download button will appear and allow you to download the QuickBooks desktop application.
Step 3 - Match Dispatch Anywhere Services With QuickBooks Item Name
Select services on the left toolbar and pick the first service. The new field "QuickBooks Item Name" will appear. Each service name in Dispatch Anywhere should match an item name in QuickBooks. If service names aren't used, they can remain blank.
⭐Note 1: The item names from QuickBooks needs to match exactly. This includes capitalization and any characters including spaces.
⭐Note 2: If you leave any "QuickBooks Item Name" fields blank the exporter will skip transferring this service into QuickBooks.
⭐Note 3: Services cannot be grouped under a service category in QuickBooks.
Step 4 - Match Dispatch Anywhere Account Name With QuickBooks Customer Name
Select Accounts on the left toolbar and pick the first customer account. The new field "QuickBooks Account Name" will appear. Each customer account name in Dispatch Anywhere should match a customer account in QuickBooks. 
⭐Note 1: The customer names from QuickBooks needs to match exactly. This includes capitalization and any characters including spaces.
⭐Note 2: If you leave any "QuickBooks Account Name" fields blank the exporter will skip transferring this account into QuickBooks.
Step 5 - Transfer Invoices From Dispatch Anywhere To QuickBooks
Open the QB Exporter program from Step 1 and use your Dispatch Anywhere username and password. Once logged in, you can select a division and date range of invoices to send to QuickBooks. If there are any errors during the transfer, they will appear in the log.
⭐Note : The exporter will only transfer invoices that have been created/posted. The exporter will NOT transfer payments from Dispatch Anywhere.
