?️Thermal printer or pre-cut barcode rolls/sheets are best. We have tested the labels linked above to take on the weather conditions of your inventory lot. Though weather-proof are not required, these will last much longer even if placed inside of the vehicle.
?️ If you prefer to purchase pre-printed barcode/QR-code labels from a site like We Print BarCodes.com, Dispatch Anywhere accommodates pre-existing barcode/QR-code labels for scanning and assigning to a vehicle directly.
- If you would like to print paper tags that can be placed inside the vehicle without a label printer, you can run the Impound Inventory Labels report under reports on the Dispatch Anywhere desktop application.
⭐Using this option with a standard printer will provide a full page print of a vehicle tag and barcode,
we highly recommend using the thermal label printer.
To Access this report select the Reports Tab - Under Categories select Impound - then select Impound Inventory Labels
