1. Enable the Feature
Go to Settings → D.A. for Drivers.
Enable QR Scan Assignment and Driver Checklist.

2. Configure the Inspection Checklist
Go to Settings → Dictionaries → Driver Checklist.
From here, you can:
Add or remove checklist items based on truck type.
Reorder items as needed.

3. Print QR Codes
QR codes can be printed from the Administrative Section of Reports.

4. Reporting
Run inspection reports under Reports → Dispatch Section to review:
When inspections were performed.
Results and any failed items.
5. Driver Workflow
When drivers log into the app, they will be prompted to complete a vehicle inspection.
After logging in, drivers can switch trucks as needed and scan a QR code to assign themselves to a different vehicle.
If a vehicle fails inspection, an email notification will automatically be sent to the Shop Manager email listed under Company Settings.
