Dispatch Anywhere users with TowPay credit card processing can now activate driver tipping, giving customers the option to leave a tip for their operator.

How to Enable Tipping
*Once tipping is activated for your company, you can enable it for individual accounts as needed.
Navigate to Dispatch Anywhere Settings --> Go to Accounts and select the account you would like to enable-->Go to TowPay Payments section for turning on tipping and requesting 3D secure.
*3D Secure is an extra layer of verification on link to pay payments. 3D Secure is only available when the card network supports it.
Receiving Tips
Once enabled, customers will have the option to leave a tip during checkout for both Link to Pay and card-present transactions.
- Link to Pay - This option lets the customer receive a text or email that lets them discreetly leave a tip for the driver.
- Card-Present and Manual Entry – The driver will be shown this screen, which they will then turn toward the customer to select a tip amount
Tips Reporting
The Tips by Driver Report is located in the Accounting section of reports. It shows each driver along with the job date, job number, and the tip amount for every call.
