Automatic Job Timestamps

This article will explain driver automatic job timestamps and how to turn them on and off.

Automatic job timestamps are a great way to get accurate timestamps on your calls.  Instead of relying on the driver to remember to timestamp their calls, the system can automatically do it.  A geo-fence is created when the driver is assigned to a call.  

Step 1 

Start by logging into your Dispatch Anywhere settings page (https://settings.dispatchanywhere.net) (Dispatch Anywhere Settings) and selecting D.A. for Drivers on the left.

Step 2

The automatic job timestamps box should be selected to turn the feature on or unselected to turn it off.
