How do I control which payment methods drivers can select in the Driver App?
You can control which payment methods are available to drivers when they take a payment in the Driver App, by setting each method's user access level.
Log into Dispatch Anywhere Settings.
Select Dictionaries → Payment Methods.
Setting user access per payment method
Each payment method has a User Access dropdown on the far right. Use it to set whether that method is available to Dispatch only or to All Users (including drivers).
What drivers see
When a driver goes to take a payment, they'll only see the payment methods set to All Users. Methods restricted to Dispatch only won't appear as an option in the Driver App.
