Steps
Step 1: Go to Payment Methods
Log into your Dispatch Anywhere Settings Page, then go to Dictionaries → Payment Methods.
Step 2: Choose or create a payment method
Use an existing payment method, or create a new one by entering the payment method name and clicking the + sign to add it.
Step 3: Enter the surcharge amount
Enter the surcharge as either a percentage or a flat dollar amount.
Step 4: Select the corresponding service
Choose the service that should be added to the call on the take payment screen when this payment method is used.
What happens next
Once configured, the selected service is added automatically to the call whenever the surcharge payment method is used, appearing as a new line item on that call.
