Account Tow Ticket Message & Signature

Account Tow Ticket messages let you display a custom message on the Tow Ticket for a specific account, which is useful for private property calls or any time a customer needs to see account-specific information on the ticket. You can also require drivers to capture a signed Tow Ticket before leaving the incident location.

What you'll need

  • Access to the Dispatch Anywhere settings page

  • The account you want to configure the message or signature prompt for

Steps

  1. Log in to your Dispatch Anywhere settings page. Go to Dispatch Anywhere Settings.

  2. Add a Tow Ticket message. Select Accounts on the left, then choose the Invoicing tab. Anything entered in the Tow Ticket Message box is added to the Tow Ticket for that account.

  3. Remind drivers to capture a signature. Select Accounts on the left, then choose the General tab. Check the box next to "Prompt Driver for Tow Ticket Signature" to remind drivers to capture a signed Tow Ticket before leaving the incident location.

What happens next

Once set, the Tow Ticket message appears automatically on tickets for that account, and drivers will see a signature prompt on their end if that option is enabled.
