Overview
Dispatch Anywhere is a desktop application for Windows 10 and Windows 11. This article walks you through downloading and installing the software. The installation takes approximately 2–5 minutes and does not require administrator credentials by default.
System requirements
Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11
Internet connection required for download
Sufficient disk space for the installer (Setup.exe)
Step 1: Download the installer
Click the link below to download the Dispatch Anywhere installer file (Setup.exe):
The file will download to your default Downloads folder. You can monitor progress in your browser's download bar at the bottom or top of the screen.
Step 2: Open the installer
Once the download is complete, open the file using one of these methods:
From your browser: Click the dropdown arrow next to the downloaded file in your browser's download bar and select Open.
From File Explorer: Press Windows + E to open File Explorer, click Downloads in the left sidebar, and double-click Setup.exe.
Step 3: Complete the installation
Double-click Setup.exe to launch the installer. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation. Once finished, Dispatch Anywhere will be available from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.
Troubleshooting common issues
Windows shows a security warning when opening Setup.exe
Windows may display a SmartScreen prompt saying "Windows protected your PC." This is expected for newly downloaded executables. Click More info and then Run anyway to proceed with the installation.
The download link is not working
If the download does not start, try the following:

Check that your internet connection is active
Setup.exe is not appearing in Downloads
Your browser may have saved the file to a different location. Open File Explorer, click This PC, and search for Setup.exe to locate it.
The installer fails or stops mid-installation
Close any open applications, restart your computer, and run Setup.exe again. If the issue persists, contact Autura Support.
I already have Dispatch Anywhere installed — do I need to uninstall first?
No. Running Setup.exe will update your existing installation without requiring an uninstall. Your settings and data will be preserved.
