Setting up Rules

Rules are a set of violations that need enforced for properties. Multiple rules can also be combined into a ruleset that can be applied to a specific property or property group. Rules can be created from the company setup section or in a specific property or property group. 

 

Step 1 - Navigate to the Quick Links section and select Company Setup.


Step 2 - Go to the Violations section and define your list of active violations that can be used to create rules. You can add violations by clicking on the three dots on top right.

Step 3 - Navigate to the Rules section and create a new rule by clicking on the three dots on top right.


Step 4 - Fill out the required information along with enforcement schedule and select Create New Rule.Note-The only rule type currently supported is Tow.


Step 5 -  Select a property or property group from the Dashboard.

Step 6 - Navigate to the Rules section and apply rule(s).

Note - You can also create a rule in the property or property group by selecting the three dots on top right and selecting Create Rule.
