Property Manager User Access

Creating a user profile for property managers will grant them access to send calls directly to Dispatch Anywhere. They will also be able to view job statuses, history, and rules for their properties.


Step 1 - Navigate to the Users section and select + Create User button.


Step 2 - Fill out the required information and the role you would like assigned to that user. The permissions for each user role is defined in the Permissions section. The new user will receive a link to complete registration.

Step 3 - Go to the Properties section and select the property that the user needs access to. You can also assign the user to a Property Group that has been created.

Step 4 - Assign that user by going to Users > Edit and move user from available to assigned.
