Property Managers can send calls directly to Dispatch Anywhere. They will also be able to view job statuses, history, and rules for their properties.
Step 1 - The property manager logs into the PPI portal --> Job section --> click on the 3 dots on top right side and select + Create New Job
Step 2 - Enter information for each of the sections:
General - Select job type (Tow, Tag), property and any violations.
Location - Verify location information that is populated is correct.
Vehicle - Enter vehicle information (license plate or VIN is required).
Notes or Files - Add any job specific notes or upload files.
Property Manager Signature (if required) - property managers can manually sign signature or apply digital signature that is saved under My Account section.
Step 3 - Once all the required information is filled out you can select Create New Job.
Thc call will now appear as an active job in the jobs list.
