Property Managers can send calls directly to Dispatch Anywhere. They will also be able to view job statuses, history, and rules for their properties.
Step 1 - The property manager logs into the PPI portal and selects + on the right side of jobs section.
Step 2 - Select job type, property and any violations that apply and click on the location button. ⭐Note - Job type of tow is currently supported. Boot, tag, and patrol will be available in a future release.
Step 3 - Confirm location and select vehicle on bottom right.
Step 4 - Enter vehicle information and select notes and files.
Step 5 - Add any notes or files and select review.
Step 6 - The job summary will display and select submit.
