How to Change Dispatch Views
Dispatch Anywhere lets you switch between several view modes for the dispatch board, so you can work in whichever layout fits your workflow best.
Steps
Click the View button in the upper right corner.
Choose the view that works best for you from the options available.
Available views
Details View — shows expanded call details in a list format.
Map View — shows calls plotted on a map.
Large Grid — a spaced-out grid layout; columns can be rearranged to your preference.
Classic Grid — the compact, traditional grid layout; columns can also be rearranged to your preference.
