Adding Impound Lots

Impound lots are used to manage your lot inventory in Dispatch Anywhere. This is set up from the company settings page and only takes a few fields to configure.

What you'll need

  • Dispatch Anywhere company administrator credentials

  • Lot name, contact, phone number, and address for each lot

  • A TDLR impound lot number, if the account uses TDLR invoices

Steps

  1. Log in to your settings page. Go to Dispatch Anywhere Settings and sign in with your company administrative credentials.

  2. Select Impound Lots from the menu, then click Add.

  3. Fill out the lot details: lot name, contact, number, and address.
Note: The number field is for the TDLR impound lot number. This only needs to be filled in for accounts that use TDLR invoices.

What happens next

Once saved, the impound lot is available for use in managing lot inventory. Repeat these steps to add additional lots as needed.
