Auto-Adding Services on Calls
Auto-Add Services lets you automatically apply services to any job the moment a call comes in — whether it was imported from a motor club or entered manually. Instead of adding services by hand on every call, you configure them once per account and they apply automatically going forward.
Services that were added automatically are marked with a green icon next to the service name before the call is saved. You can modify or delete any auto-added service if needed.

How to turn on Auto-Add Services
Step 1 — Open Dispatch Anywhere Settings
Log in to your Dispatch Anywhere Settings page at settings.dispatchanywhere.net.
Step 2 — Go to Accounts
Select Accounts from the left toolbar.
Step 3 — Enable the feature
Select the account you want to configure. On the General tab, check the box for Add Services Automatically.
You'll see three options:
Add Services Automatically — Adds the primary service to the call (for example: Tow, Jump Start).
Include Unloaded Mileage — Automatically adds the Enroute/unloaded miles service.
Include Loaded Mileage — Automatically adds the loaded mileage service.
Enable whichever options apply to that account, then save.
How it works once enabled
Once turned on, services will be automatically added to any approved or imported call for that account. Look for the green icon next to a service name to confirm it was auto-added. These services are fully editable — you can modify amounts or delete them before saving the call.

Does this apply to both motor club imports and manually entered calls?
Yes. Auto-added services apply to calls imported by motor clubs and calls entered manually.
Can I tell which services were added automatically vs. manually?

What if I only want mileage added automatically but not the primary service?
Each option is independent. You can check only Include Unloaded Mileage or Include Loaded Mileage without enabling the primary service option.
